A note from FAREAD GROUP regarding our proactive measures against COVID-19
Dear Customer,
The health and safety of Faread Group employees, customers and partners is our primary concern as we continue to monitor the coronavirus COVID-19. Faread Group is building upon information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local and national agencies in several countries to inform our decision-making.
In response to this information, Faread Group has taken several steps to ensure business continuity and the continued health and safety of our employees:
· In the early stage, we had implemented work from home guidelines based on recommendations from local and national agencies. At present, according to the requirements of the local government, Faread is promoting the work of resuming production and restarting production actively and orderly. To Keep a safety working environment, office disinfection is executed everyday. Employees are required to take a temperature, show their health codes and wear face masks when on and off duty. We also have taken steps to test our infrastructure and IT systems before making this decision to limit disruptions and maintain customer support and business continuity during this time.
· We have limited outside visitors to our facilities. Employees are encouraged to use virtual meeting tools to conduct internal and external meetings as appropriate. Additionally, all business travel is postponed until further notice.
· Our manufacturing sites are operating with additional precautions including increased cleaning of facilities, shift adjustments and spacing increases.
· We are in daily communications with our supply and transportation partners and will inform you directly of any impact to your product deliveries.
